David Finch
David Finch is President and CEO of ATCOM Business Telecom Solutions. Joining ATCOM at it's inception in 1979, David worked his way up from a straight commission sales representative to being named President and CEO in 1996.
His life passions include leadership development and training, white-water rafting, playing music and family adventures. As a singer and harmonica player, he fronts Metro Magazine’s 2009 “Best Local Band of the Triangle”, The Dune Dogs. Known for their colorful canine antics of “Country-fried Swamp n’ Roll”, The Dune Dogs have played clubs, dance halls and benefits from “Boone to Ocracoke” since 2003.
Active in the community, David has served on the Board of Directors of the American Lung Association, Greater Raleigh Chamber of Commerce, CED (formerly The Council for Entrepreneurial Development) and Sales and Marketing Executives International. Through his direct involvement, ATCOM has supported many local nonprofits over the years including Haven House, Hospice of Wake County, YMCA of the Triangle and CED. Over the last five years, The Dune Dogs founded and sponsored The Ocracoke Volunteer Fireman’s Ball held Memorial Weekend every year raising more than $200,000 for the much-needed new fire hall on Ocracoke Island.
He was honored as a Distinguished Alumni from the Cameron School of Business in 2008.
A Raleigh native, David earned a bachelor’s of science degree in marketing from the University of North Carolina Wilmington. He began his first straight commission-selling job at age of 13, where he operated a booth at the old Raleigh Flea Market. David and his wife Tammy live in Raleigh with their two children, Jessie and Grady.
Rhonda Morgan
Rhonda began her career with ATCOM Business Telecom Solutions in 1989. Her tenacity and determination served her well as she advanced from sales representative, to Sales Director, and General Manager.
As Vice President of ATCOM, her diverse duties allow her to use her talents and experience as she oversees the sale of equipment, facilitates the deliverance of excellent customer service, and implements strategic future plans.
Morgan, who is a native of Raleigh, received a BA degree in English from North Carolina State University. Rhonda is a member of Vistage (a CEO leadership organization), involved with the Chamber of Commerce, and a member of CREW. She was also named a Charlotte Mover and Shaker by Business Leader Media in 2008.
Rhonda is extremely involved in community projects that support and promote women. She supports the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation by sponsoring the Spread Your Wings Benefit. She supports United Family Service in a variety of ways including involvement with the Art For Heart event, which benefits women who have been subjected to domestic abuse. She also is a supporter of Girls on the Run. She has provided love and support as a foster mother, and she enjoys spending time with her nieces and nephews.

Dan Litman
Dan Litman is Director of Sales at ATCOM Business Telecom Solutions. He brings more than 13 years of experience in the telecom industry to this role, six of which were spent with BTI where he managed the technical sales organization for the company. Dan also spent time managing major enterprise customers with carriers like ATT, Sprint and MCI. Dan is passionate about providing creative productivity enhancing communication solutions to his customers. He joined ATCOM in 2004 when he wanted to return to a locally headquartered company that would allow him to immediately and positively impact his customers. Dan enjoys the ATCOM culture because it is one where everyone is passionate about making their customers happy.
As Director of Sales for ATCOM, Dan is responsible for managing new system sales, assisting existing customers with upgrades and new applications, and building referral networks for his sales team, as well as increasing market share of VoIP equipment sold in North Carolina by targeting the sub-fortune 1000 commercial business market.
Dan obtained his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Radford University. In addition to taking an active role in the Greater Raleigh Chamber of Commerce, he is also the facilitator of the Sales Manager Roundtable for peer level sharing and professional growth. Dan is a member of the North Carolina Technology Association (NCTA) and CED, as well as a graduate of the Greater Raleigh Chamber of Commerce’s Leadership Raleigh program.
When Dan isn’t mastering the art of the communications for business, he volunteers with several local non-profits. He also loves spending quality time with his kids, working out, playing golf, and volleyball.
A native of Charlottesville, Virginia, he now resides in Raleigh with his wife Kim, his daughter Stephanie, and his son Justin, since 1997.
Dan’s work place motto is: “Unless you try to do something beyond what you have already mastered, you will never grow.”
