Designed to ease the strain on health care facilities, and expand the availability of grief counseling and communitywide programs, the new facility includes a hospice home, administrative building, sanctuary, and grounds, and is located at 250 Hospice Circle in Raleigh. The VoIP system will allow for improved communication for all Hospice staff and volunteers, and ensure quality care for Hospice patients.

ATCOM Business Telecom Solutions Inks Deal With Union Independent School

The VoIP platform was installed at the school, Union Baptist Church and several other campus buildings in downtown Durham. ATCOM provided Union Independent School with the latest VoIP platform, IP telephones and data network, which allows for a seamless voice and data network. The school’s buildings are connected via an external high speed wireless network rather than traditional copper/fiber cabling which reduced the cost and increased their efficiency. Additionally, Union Independent School is using a Unified Messaging application, provided by ATCOM, and will now be able to integrate their cellular devices to the campus telephone system.
