Communications Solutions Provider Partners With Pharmaceutical Safety And Pharmacovigilance Service Provider
RALEIGH, N.C. – David Finch, president and CEO of ATCOM Business Telecom Solutions (www.atcombts.com), a communications solutions provider, has announced that the company has installed a Unified Messaging application for Durham, N.C.-based Drug Safety Alliance (DSA) (www.drugsafetyalliance.com). The Unified Messaging system will provide users the capability to check voicemails, e-mails and faxes from one location and respond more efficiently using the Mitel 3300 IP solution. Additionally, ATCOM has provided DSA with a Teleworker server for its remote employees, allowing for seamless communication via a remote IP teleworker phone, as well as an audio Web conferencing solution for conference calls.
