The church needed a new telephone system and we were really struggling with the large and ongoing price increases of hosted systems being quoted by other vendors. Atcom listened and came back with an on-premise system that was clearly the best option and it saved the church a huge amount of money. The project planning was great and they handled all the dialog with Spectrum. The cutover was seamless and the church experienced minimal disruption. The post implementation questions and/or issues were minor and they addressed them quickly. They were great partners. I highly recommend them.

We had moved from another IT provider to ATCOM and the switch was seamless, and free of headaches. What really stands out is their customer service. All of our interactions with every one of their staff, especially the day to day interactions with technicians has been above and beyond in all aspects.

Whenever we have needed any updates on inventory, or warranties or anything else, they are always prompt to provide us with this information. Same goes for the turnaround on your IT support tickets.
