What to Look for in an IT Help Desk for Your Business
Most people don’t think much about technical support until something stops working. An employee can’t log in. Email suddenly quits syncing. A computer won’t start.
About Joe
Joe, known affectionately as “Joisey” thanks to his New Jersey roots, has been part of the ATCOM team since 2016 and proudly holds the title of our very first remote employee.
He earned his Associate’s degree in Telecommunications Management from DeVry College of Technology, and has spent well over 25 years doing what he does best in the telecom world (just… somewhere else before ATCOM😉).
Outside of work, Joe stays busy golfing, riding his two motorcycles, and enjoying a good cold beer. He’s also a proud dad of two: his son is all about hockey and baseball, while his daughter shines in theatre and the arts.
Fun fact: despite being afraid of heights, Joe has both skydived and bungee jumped… and still doesn’t like heights. Make it make sense.
Joe found ATCOM the old-fashioned way – by seeking out Mitel partners – and we’re glad he did.
