About Rhonda
Born and raised in Raleigh, Rhonda earned her English degree from North Carolina State University before joining ATCOM in 1989. During her long career with the company, she has held a variety of roles and now serves as Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. She has helped guide ATCOM through decades of growth and change while remaining closely connected to the company’s employees, clients, and culture.
Outside of work, Rhonda’s favorite way to spend her time is traveling with her family. She enjoys everything from relaxing at a beautiful hotel to hiking, rafting, and exploring a new destination. Her longtime personal goal is to visit every U.S. national park, and she is now about halfway there—although she admits that several trips to Europe have temporarily distracted her from making faster progress.
Whether she is planning the next family adventure, discovering a new city, or spending time outdoors, Rhonda is always looking forward to the next place on her list. She believes some of the best experiences come from seeing somewhere new, sharing it with the people she loves, and coming home with a good story to tell.
